In order to make MR & BWR Grade Plywood, 100 % core veneers of uniform thickness are used. To protect the plywood from fungus and other micro-organisms, proper chemical treatment is given, which makes plywood more resistant & durable. The attachment of veneers are done properly following to phenol formaldehyde resin for BWR grade and melamine urea formaldehyde resin for MR grade along with the hot pressed, with controlled temperature to use under the severest tropical climatic conditions.
